Chefs slow cooked harissa scented lamb, complimented with apricots, almonds & a touch of honey. Served in crisp buttered filo pastry with Mediterranean roasted vegetables

Slow cooked feather steak, topped with baby onions & wild mushrooms. Finished with hassle back potatoes, smoked oyster & red wine
